Common things, handled faster
- Cancel or skip a refill: you can do this yourself from your account page. Email us if you would rather we did it.
- Return or refund: email us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation and address. See the Shipping and Refund Policy.
- Faulty device: tell us what it is doing and include a photo or short video if you can. We cover return shipping on faults.
- Wrong address at checkout: email immediately. If it has not been picked yet we can fix it.
