These Terms govern your purchase from Joshua Wagner, trading as InfraLux ("InfraLux", "we", "us") at tryinfralux.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we dispatch.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you select a refill plan, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We send a reminder email before each charge, stating the amount and date.

You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us, with no fee and no minimum term. Cancellation is effective for any order not yet dispatched. Cancelling is no harder than signing up.

What this product is

InfraLux is a cosmetic device intended to improve the appearance of skin. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Individual results vary. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Where we describe a mechanism, we describe how the product is designed to work — not a promise of a result for you.

Safe use

Read the instructions supplied with the device and the Safety and Cosmetic Disclaimer. Do not use on broken skin, active rashes or the eye area. If you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, have epilepsy, or have a skin condition under treatment, speak with your doctor before use.

Our 90-day money-back guarantee is set out in the Shipping and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not resell our products without written permission, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to break the law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for our place of business. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the place where you live.
